If for any reason you do not receive your package, we will cover the cost of the reshipment.

Return Policy
You may return any item you purchased on our online store, within 30 calendar days of your package being delivered, subject to the terms & exceptions below.
We will gladly exchange your product for the same model (subject to availability) or give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise including taxes. We will provide a free pre-paid label to return your order. Gift wrap and shipping charges are not refundable.
Personalized product exclusion: Once personalized orders have been processed, they cannot be cancelled or returned.
A return authorization is required for any exchange or refund. Any product shipped to us without a return authorization will be returned to the sender address. Once you obtain a return authorization, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. You are responsible to securely pack the product and all the original contents. We strongly recommend that you use the original packaging, if available.
The right of withdrawal is understood to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully complied with:
Return form sent online or other explicit statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract, correctly completed and sent to the Company within 30 (thirty) days of delivery of the products;
The products must not have been used;
The products must be returned in their original packaging, which is an integral part of the goods, and complete with all accessories and documentation supplied, including original warranties and instruction manuals, where applicable;
Returned products must be delivered to the carrier within 30 days from the date you notified us of your decision to return one or more products, and sent in a single shipment;
The products must not be damaged.
REFUND
Once we receive the returned items, we will check the condition of the product. In the event that the conditions of return are not respected or if it is found that the returned products have been damaged or have been used, we reserve the right not to accept the return. In this case, the Customer Service will inform you of the outcome and invite you to collect your items, available for collection at our warehouses, by sending a courier of your choice and at your expense.
In the event that the products comply with the conditions of return, we will refund within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the products. The amount will be equal to the value of the returned items plus the shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase (net of any extraordinary or non-standard shipping costs, which will not be refunded). The return shipment and related costs will not be refunded.
The refund will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase your order and you will receive a notification of the refund by e-mail.
